1. About this policy
This policy explains how BigTool365 ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Audio Recorder+ and its product website. It applies to the Windows application published by BigTool365.
2. Audio, devices, and files
Audio Recorder+ accesses the microphone, Windows system audio, or audio from an application only when you select that source and use the recording or monitoring features.
Waveform monitoring, sound or voice detection, noise reduction, buffering, and audio encoding are performed locally on your device. We do not upload, receive, store, or listen to your audio recordings.
Recordings and temporary recording data are written to storage on your PC. You control the output location and remain responsible for moving, sharing, retaining, and deleting those files.
3. Settings and diagnostics
Preferences such as language, window placement, recording format, selected device, and feature settings are stored locally on your PC. Audio Recorder+ does not send these preferences to BigTool365.
The application does not include BigTool365 advertising, behavioral tracking, or a BigTool365 analytics account. If a future version introduces optional diagnostics or online services, this policy and the application will be updated before that processing begins.
4. Microsoft Store purchases
When you view or buy Audio Recorder+ Pro, Microsoft Store provides localized product information, completes the transaction, and manages the license associated with your Microsoft account. Audio Recorder+ receives only the product and entitlement information needed to show the offer and unlock purchased features.
BigTool365 does not receive or store your password, payment-card details, or other payment credentials. Microsoft handles Store information under its own privacy terms.
5. Product website
The Audio Recorder+ website is delivered through an infrastructure provider that may process standard web-request information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles or collect audio recordings.
6. Sharing, sale, and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. Because the application does not transmit recordings or local preferences to us, we do not retain them on our servers. Files and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the application, subject to Windows behavior and any backups you control.
7. Children
Audio Recorder+ is a general-purpose recording utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.
8. Your choices and responsibilities
You decide which source to monitor or record, when recording begins and ends, where files are saved, and whether a recording is shared. You are responsible for following applicable consent, copyright, workplace, and recording laws when capturing audio.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Audio Recorder+ changes or when legal requirements evolve. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
